• Please take a few minutes to give us the information needed to process your claim.
• You can still make a claim with us. Registering now means that your claim will be processed and submitted to your bank/card issuer within a few days.
• If the claim is for overdraft charges, the claim will be put on hold by your bank. It will be processed as and when the OFT's test case is concluded.
• Credit/store card claims are not affected by the test case.
• We charge you 25% including VAT (subject to a £50 minimum) only if you receive compensation.
• Once you have provided your details, we will send you a form of authority and our terms and conditions. Send them back to us in the freepost envelope we provide and we will start your claim.
• Please note that we are unable to manage claims for business and Scottish accounts.
